Just when we thought it was time to relax after Meliodas defeated the Albion that threatened Camelot, one of the Ten Commandments, Galand appears before them ready to fight.
As one of the Ten Commandments, Galand has been granted the power of truth which shows to turn anyone near him to stone if they are to tell a lie. This power is so strong it even overpowers Merlin as she is frozen on the spot and turned to stone.
The fight between Meliodas and Galand begins and in no time we begin to see the huge power level difference between the two, even noted by Hawk as Galands Power Level is vastly greater than anything we’ve seen before. This forces Meliodas to unleash the dark power within him that seems to be very similar to the Demon Marks of the Ten Commandments.
This power still seems to be nothing compared to what Galand is able to unleash as he wraps up the battle and seemingly annihilates everyone except for Arthur and Elizabeth who are still protected by Merlin’s “Perfect Cube”
The episode finishes with the bloody remains covering the battlefield and the reappearance of none other than Gowther who is no longer in the form of a doll. Has Gowther managed to save everyone somehow with his powers? Or is his maniacally sounding laugh for some other unforeseen reason.
Looks like we will have to wait for Episode 6 to find out the fate of the 3 Sins that appear to be wiped out. Stay tunned for spoilers for episode 6 of the Seven Deadly Sins, which will soon be relased here.
