Square Enix announces the release of Final Fantasy XV: Royal Edition on the PS4 and Xbox One, which is set to come out March 6th 2018 alongside with the Final Fantasy XV: Windows Edition.
The Royal Edition is essentially Game of the Year edition which includes the base game and all of the previous Season Pass content of the game: Episode Gladiolus, Episode Prompto, Episode Ignis and Multiplayer Expansion: Comrades. However, that’s not all, the Final Fantasy XV: Royal Edition will also include new content:
– Insomnia City Ruins: Expanded Map
– New Boss Battles
– New First-Person Mode
– The Royal Vessel (now a controllable vehicle)
– Dozens of DLC weapons, car skins, and item sets and more!

This seems like quite the exciting bundle that gives you everything you could ever want from new boss battles to cruising around on a giant boat and more!
If you already own a copy of FFXV and you’re worried you’ll miss out or have to buy the game again, don’t fret, Square Enix will be releasing the Royal Pack (DLC) on March 6th 2018.
The pricing of the FFXV: Royal Edition is set to $49.99 USD for the PS4 and Xbox One which will likely be between $60 to $80 in Australia.
The Royal Pack (DLC) and FFXV: Windows Edition prices are yet to be confirmed, so keep an eye out for those!
